Why do I need this?

When we first create your TecknaShop, it will have a name looking something like this: http://shop.tecknashop.com/cnb/shop/myshopname. Although this works perfectly, it is too long to expect shoppers to remember and to type, and for inclusion in advertising material.

Website Address

By assigning a domain name (eg http://www.myshopname.com) to your shop your shoppers will be able to access your shop using a shorter, more memorable and meaningful name.

Email

If you wish to take advantage of one of the email packages available you will need a domain name.

Use the following domain name status checker to find out if a domain name of your choice is available for registration.

Registration

The standard registration period for domain names is 2 years. We can register domain names with the most common domain suffixes available. If you already have a domain name registered with another registration agent you can use this, either by transferring the domain to us (preferred) or by pointing the domain name to our servers. Please specify your preference when placing your TecknaShop order.
