TecknaShop includes all of the features essential to building and managing an international trading presence on the Internet. The key features are shown below:

• Quick build
  The fast way to set-up a new shop based on ready-made shop templates.
• WorldPay's secure payment systems
  Allows you to take online credit and debit card orders via WorldPay's payment gateway. Customers place their order at your Shop and are re-directed to WorldPay's secure payment gateway to enter their card details and make the financial transaction. Your Shop never receives or stores card details.
• Multi-level product catalogue
  Set-up your catalogue in any structure that's suits your product ranges. Use Categories and Sub-categories to help shoppers navigate to the right sections quickly and easily. Include unlimited nested categories for shops with large inventories. Product variants allow you to specify variations of a product such as colour or size options. Upload existing catalogues.
• Multi-currency with automatic rates updating
  Shoppers can chose their preferred currency as they enter your shop. Product prices, the shopping basket and payment are then displayed in that currency. Exchange rates are automatically updated daily.
• Multilingual support
  TecknaShop has built in multi-language support for shoppers and shop builders. (Note: the products in the catalogue and all other text input by the shop builder will need to be input in the relevant languages).
• Downloadable goods
  Upload software, video, images, music, documents or any other form of software based product for shoppers to purchase and download.
• Flexible discounts engine
  Specify as many variations of discount as you need, based on percentage over a given value of order, free delivery over a given value of order, or other offers such as 3 for the price of 2. Associate any discount to any product or the whole basket.
• Automated stock control
  Enter your stock levels and set minimums for re-ordering. The stock is automatically reduced when your shoppers purchase and TecknaShop will email you when any minimum stock level is reached.
• Advanced order processing
  Quickly view the status of incoming orders. Complete the orders with a single checkbox to let your shoppers know that their goods are on the way.
• Shopper enquiries
  Shoppers will be given a unique order ID when their payment is confirmed. They can return to your shop with this ID and check the status of their order. TecknaShop will automatically display the status and you can enter text for individual orders that the Shopper will see when they make their enquiry.
• Key event emailing
  TecknaShop will automatically email you when orders arrive or when minimum stock levels are reached. Your shoppers will be mailed confirmation of their card transaction from WorldPay's payment system, from your TecknaShop shop confirming receipt of their order, and when their order is despatched.
• News pages and guest book
  Both can be linked to the products pages that give the shopper reading news or guest pages instant access to purchase the relevant products.
• Easy to use report generator
  Define your own reports to extract data from TecknaShop databases to keep you in touch with every aspect of your online business.
• Comprehensive cross border tax and shipping
  Set up your own fully automated system for charging shoppers the correct amount for tax and shipping, based on the types of goods ordered, the shopper's choice of delivery method and their locations. International Tax and Shipping system provides automatic calculation of cross border Tax rates and shipping costs.
• Take instructions from shoppers
  Set up instructions to take your specified list of choices from customers such as preferred delivery date, wrapping type, etc. Offer free-format text fields to take greetings, messages or special instructions.
