Going Live
During the development phase of your TecknaShop store both your store and your WorldPay account
will be running in 'test' mode. To go 'live' (ie start running real instead of test transactions) you need
to a) request that your WorldPay account is activated, and b) when your WorldPay account is active (as notified
to you by WorldPay) ask that we set your TecknaShop store to 'live' mode by
emailing support@teckna.com.
To request activation of your WorldPay account, please first check that you comply with the
WorldPay website rules.
Then log in into the
WorldPay Customer Management System(CMS), using your username and password as supplied by WorldPay.
Locate the section for Installations, and select the 'Configuration Options' for your installation.
Here you will need to enter your successful test transaction instructions and your website URL.
Pressing the 'Save Changes' button will confirm your intention to go live. For further information
